About the Role
We’re seeking a warm, organized, and bilingual Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our U.S. office. You’ll create a professional and welcoming environment while supporting office operations with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls; take and relay messages

Greet visitors and assist with check-ins

Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and follow-up appointments

Notify staff of guest arrivals and coordinate room bookings

Create and manage documents (Word, Excel); assist with mail merges

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Keep reception, kitchen, and common areas clean and organized

Support office coordination and liaise with building management
-
Provide general administrative support and basic filing

Manage and update calendars and appointments

Follow office security and visitor procedures
Requirements

Fluent in Portuguese (required)

Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Professional demeanor and ability to multitask
